is an example of a larger scale project that we were involved in since it's inception. Working with the owners
Damien and Maria Malfara, we were able to create an exceptionally friendly and inviting atmosphere for their brew pub and restaurant. Lightstreet Custom Woodworking crafted the bars, including using a piece of original T-rail made of steel in the late 1800's in PA as the foot rail on the bar. We also designed and built the booths, tables tops , mug racks and mirrors. At a later date we engineered and constructed a circular mug rack to accommodate the quickly growing clientele. The mug rack rotates smoothly on a large bearing enabling the staff to easily reach all the mugs. This was then enhanced by a circular painting done by local artist, Dave Stabley.
This past year we were involved in the expansion of the upstairs restaurant, enlarging the bar and adding more tables and booths. There are also two large sculptural pieces that enhance the eating areas that were created using old tools. OFBC is a great place for an excellent micro-beer, a delicious meal and a chance to see many examples of our work.
